RVB Systems Group provides standard stock thermal transfer labels produced using the highest grade ultra smooth face stock available to produce crisp barcodes and text.  They feature better smudge resistance at higher speeds with an excellent general purpose permanent adhesive.  

We provide FREE SAMPLES of any of our thermal printer labels to qualified companies.  Please specify printer type and model.

All LASER LABELS are sold by the box.  Each box comes with 1000 sheets of labels (10 packs to the box, 100 sheets per pack).  Our laser labels can also be used with INK JET PRINTERS and COPIERS.

Custom Labels (Blank, pre-printed or color)

If we don't stock the exact label you need, contact us about custom labels.  We can provide a wide variety of custom labels and tags, blank or pre-printed on almost any material up to 20" web widths.  We can also provide pre-printed barcode labels per your specifications.  Our sales specialists can help you match the right label stock, adhesive and configuration, or complete this form.

We use the PANTONE FORMULA GUIDE for color labels.  When ordering custom colors, please refer to this guide to find the correct PMS color number. 

Standard 10% over/under run (or next full roll) applies for all custom orders unless stated otherwise.  Custom materials are subject to a 20% over/under run.  Prices are subject to change after 30 days without notice.  Camera ready artwork required for orders requiring plate work.  Art work that is not camera ready may incur additional charges.  Standard registration is +/- 1/32.  Color variance is quoted as standard industry practice (approx one half shade) and may be further affected by materials.  Exact color matches require additional charge.  The customer is responsible for the final suitability of all materials.  Raw materials for testing can normally be provided at no charge. 

Please note: Minimum blank THERMAL, DIRECT THERMAL, or LASER label order is $100.   No broken carton orders accepted.  Cartons are labeled with label size, quantity, part number and lot number.  Customer specific carton labels can be provided at an additional charge.  We will ship your order using the best available means of shipping unless otherwise specified.  All orders are shipped FOB our factory.  Shipping charges will be added to your invoice.
